I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riale imperial hotelfor a 10-day duration, and I can confidently say it was an unparalleled experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and cordiality by the staff, setting the tone for a memorable stay. The room exceeded all expectations, boasting spaciousness and modern amenities, with the highlight being the fantastic bathtub – the bathroom itself was simply outstanding, bright, and generously sized, perfect for preparing for the carnival festivities. Each morning, the breakfast spread offered a delightful variety of options, ensuring there was something to please every palate. The complimentary access to the gym was a welcome addition, although I regretfully didn't find the time to fully utilize it. One of the standout features of my stay was the impeccable cleanliness and tidiness of the room, which was consistently maintained throughout my time at the hotel. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a remarkable and comfortable stay. The unmatched hospitality and attention to detail make it a standout choice for travelers. By comparison with another hotel which I left because it was so bad, arriving here for my stay was like night and day! I arrived a few hours before check-in as I had a meeting to attend, and the staff was super helpful in getting me online and finding me a place to work while I was waiting. Then they let me check in as soon as a room became available. Generally, friendly staff who spoke English (at least the receptionists spoke well). This is a good traditional-style hotel that has everything you'd expect and does it right. Everything worked, rooms were cleaned, the pool is great, and even the guests here were friendly striking up conversations with each other - ideal for solo travelers. Breakfast was good but I didn't try any of the other food, though they have a menu with a number of options. All of this at a great price too. I'd stay here again, but Rio is too big to stay in the same place twice!

Everything was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. A special mention to Hugo, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, his hospitality was exceptional!
